    Tips for Customers in Canada:

For small orders, we recommend using USPS Priority Mail International for most items. The cost is slightly more but will overall save money. Keep in mind that international carriers charge brokerage fees on top of duties and taxes if you do not have a broker. For a list of UPS brokerage rates, see here: https://www.ups.com/ca/en/shipping/zones-and-rates/customs-clearance.page

Tips for all other International Customers:

For the best service, we strongly recommend choosing DHL for your order. There is very little hassle with customs and brokerage services, and packages in most cases have arrived very quickly. Using FedEx or UPS to ship your order is the second best choice, but with UPS, we recommend having an RFC number and having your own customs broker.

    Backorders
We post with as much detail as possible which items on our website are backordered or if there is a current lead time. If you have concerns about backorder time, please make sure to contact us ahead of time if you have an urgent request and we will work with you to the best of our ability to accommodate your needs.

    Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If an unusually high rate appears for small orders, please contact us and we can reduce the rate manually after the order is placed.

    Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Goods
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you
received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you have reason to believe your order was stolen, please contact your local law enforcement right away and file a report. A police report is needed when making claims with shipping carrier.
