HOW TO GET A QUOTATION: We will be happy to prepare a quotation for you showing current prices, availability and shipping charges, with no obligation. Please tell us exactly which items you want and the quantity for each. You can compose an e-mail message from this web page but please be sure to provide your complete name and mailing address (don't forget the country!,) your voice telephone number, and your fax number.
If you have an "International Order Form" please fill it out completely, and choose "Request for Quotation" on both pages. Please fill out the first and second pages completely; we especially need your voice and fax telephone numbers. Fax or mail the "International Order Form" to us.
We will send back a Pro Forma Invoice (PFI) by fax or air mail. We will try to fax you two times. If we are unable to complete a fax, we will immediately send your PFI by air mail. If you don't get a response to your inquiry within two days, please feel free to inquire again; sometimes messages get lost!
Special note on net poles: because of postal and courier length restrictions we can only export the 36 inch length poles, item #10536C.
HOW TO GET FAST, EFFICIENT SHIPMENT OF THE ITEMS ON YOUR QUOTATION:
Please make sure we have:
1) Your name and complete address,
2) Your voice telephone and fax numbers,
3) Your tax ID number (Brazil and Mexico only,)
4) Permit documentation (if you are ordering mist nets,) and, of course,
5) Your payment.
PAYMENT TERMS. Payment must be made in advance, in US Dollars only. Payment by credit card is the easiest and fastest for us and you. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. If you prefer, however, you can pay in advance in U.S. funds by bank check, or wire to our account. Bank checks must be in US funds, payable in a U.S. city through a U.S. bank. The correct type of check will have the name of the U.S. city printed on the front. Your banker can assist you with this. If you send a wire, please arrange to send enough to cover all bank wire fees. Wires should be sent to us as follows:

FOR NET ORDERS ONLY. Your order will not be shipped unless our permit conditions are satisfied. Please send your permit information for our approval in advance of sending any payment - the sooner the better. If your country does not issue banding, ringing or bat research permits, please supply BOTH of the following: a) A detailed description of your project. The more detail the better. AND b) A letter of recommendation from someone outside your organization who can tell us about your training in the use of mist nets. A U.S. referral is best.
Vampire bat research requires a special questionnaire which is available in Spanish. Your detailed responses to our questions will be submitted to a qualified referee who will evaluate your responses. This evaluation can take a few weeks. For vampire bat work, please ask us for the questionnaire.
INSURANCE. We insure all shipments whenever possible for the value of the merchandise shipped. If insurance is not available to your country, you will assume all responsibility for any delays in transit, and for losses or damage to the shipment.
